The Breezbuy Lifetime Guarantee covers all SmartPack Stroller Bags for the lifetime* of the product with regard to manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship. This Lifetime Guarantee only applies to the Breezbuy product or products specifically named herein.
Breezbuy will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The Breezbuy Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (lost /stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product must be purchased from an authorized Breezbuy dealer such as Amazon and should be returned to us for evaluation.
The term ‘Lifetime’ refers to the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials. While we choose the very best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is.
A ‘manufacturing defect’ exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by the Breezbuy Lifetime Guarantee for the lifetime of the product. Breezbuy will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge.
Wear and Tear
‘Wear and tear’ is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
Submit A Warranty Claim
If your Breezbuy product has legitimately failed from normal wear and tear, as per our policies listed above, the Breezbuy Lifetime Guarantee can be activated by submitting a warranty claim. Proof of defect (e.g. images or video) will be required and return mailing of the defective product may be necessary.

Return shipments must be prepaid and insured. Breezbuy cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State Law requires products be clean and dry for warranty evaluation. If the claim is determined to be valid, the product will be replaced at Breezbuy’s expense within 10 to 15 business days. Any replacements or exchanges will be at the discretion of Breezbuy, based on the type of product sent in and the availability of replacement styles and colors.
When submitting a warranty claim you must provide your name, the relevant Amazon order number and proof of defect.
